**As the training & operations specialist in Sydney you will**:
- Develop & implement training across 10+ QSR restaurants in Sydney
- Support business owners in improving the financial performance of their store
- Design training manuals, plans & operations support whist maintaining detailed training records
- Implement training sessions either one on one, group, virtual & assist in new starter inductions
- Reporting to the National Operations Manager
**The kind of experience we are looking for**:
- A fast food expert who comes from a solid QSR background
- MUST have francising exposure - either working for one or owing one or an area manager of one
- The love of training, supporting & seeing people develop
- High levels of organisation as well as a solid understanding of p&l
- The ability to improve underperforming restaurants & lead high performing teams
**The salary package includes**:
- A competitive base salary of $95k + super
- Fuel card & phone bill provided
- Monday to Friday roster - no late nights
