We're looking for an experienced chef to lead our kitchen team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences every day. The role is full-time and ongoing, requiring flexible shifts across the week and weekends.
The successful candidate will have:
1. Extensive experience in a similar cuisine and professional environment.
2. Substantial knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
3. A thorough understanding of cost control, time management, prioritization, and cost-efficient procurement practices.
4. Excellent people management skills, able to motivate and get the most out of their team.

1. You have a passion for the hospitality industry and stay up-to-date on techniques and food trends.
2. You can demonstrate an uncompromising attitude towards flavour and presentation of the highest quality, whilst motivating a cohesive and hardworking team environment.
3. You are empathetic to those around you and work well under pressure.
4. You possess excellent relevant post-secondary cookery-related qualifications, to at least Diploma level or agreed substitute.
