Our client is an innovative and dynamic wealth advisory firm based centrally on the Gold Coast. Due to their continued success a customer service consultant is required for a permanent position.
**Your new role**
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide excellent customer service to the clientele. You will be responsible for:
- First point of contact answering a high volume incoming calls
- Assisting with client enquiries and providing information
- Managing chat enquiries
- Records management
- Document control
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Previous and current experience within a similar role within a wealth management or financial services firm
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Office Skills - Word, Excel and Outlook
- A positive attitude and a great work ethic
