Key Responsibilities
Conductingdebt collectionand proactively reducing aged debt
Processingpayment allocationsaccurately and in a timely manner
Creating new customer accountsand maintaining customer database integrity
Uploading bank filesand reconciling payments
Performingcredit checksand assessing customer credit worthiness
Releasing customer ordersin line with credit policies
Managing and updatingcustomer fileswith required documentation
About You
Previous experience inAccounts Receivable or Credit Collections
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
Experience in the construction or building supplies sector is advantageous but not essential
A team player with a proactive, problem-solving approach
