The Role
* Manage the commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of the project
* Administrate projects within time and budget constraints
* Facilitate trade lettings and contract preparation
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and development conditions
* Develop detailed schedules, monitor, and report during construction and maintenance phases
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills
Requirements:
* 2-5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on Multi-Resi/Commercial new build projects above $30m
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
* Able to prepare thorough Statements of Work for all trade packages
* Manage procurement and negotiate terms with subcontractors
* Ongoing management of subcontractor claims, variations, payments
* Proven ability to work within defined quality assurance procedures
* Clear understanding of Australian Standard building contracts and their administration
* Experience in Design & Construct projects
* Experience preparing subcontract accounts, financial control, and reporting
* Methodical approach to managing workload
