As a part of the CCC Camps Team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service from start to finish. We're seeking committed and dynamic Guest Service Representatives to join our team and deliver outstanding support to our guests.
Role Overview:
As the Guest Service Representatives, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from booking to camp completion. Your focus will be on ensuring our clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience at all stages of the camp process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with group organisers to gather necessary information, confirm details, and finalise bookings using our online booking system (Venue360).
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all logistics are in place for successful camp experiences.
* Be on-site to assist with group arrivals, ensuring all aspects of their stay are organised and executed smoothly.
* Engage with clients during their camp experience, providing exceptional service, support, and assistance as needed.
* Ensure a successful send-off and proper pack-up of camp facilities in collaboration with other onsite teams.
* Set up for events and maintain office cleanliness to ensure a welcoming environment for our clients and teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and experience with booking systems (Venue360).
* Training will be provided for the Venue360 booking system.
* Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with diverse groups.
* Moderate public speaking experience is required for client interactions and group presentations.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
* Flexibility to work some weekends as required.
* Occasional weekend work will be required to support camp operations.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.
