Position: Residential Manager Location: South East Victoria, 2 hours drive from Melbourne Employment Type: Full-time, with relocation support Remuneration: $160,000 - $200,000 (DOE) + Super + Bonus Scheme About the Role
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
* Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
* Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

They will possess:
Qualifications
* Minimum: 2 years Aged Care Facility Management
* Experience: Prior experience in aged care management within a large/complex home
* Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
* Knowledge: of Aged Care standards and funding models
