Salary Range: $113,574 - $125,720 plus superannuation and leave loading

About the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
What you will do
Lead and manage the delivery of banking and funds management services through a shared service model, ensuring compliance with public sector policies and partnership agreements. Oversee team performance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high-quality, timely services and enhance client outcomes across Government Shared Services (GSS).
About You
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in:
1. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
2. Manage team operations and client service workflows to ensure timely, prioritised responses and high-quality support across all service channels.
3. Conduct complex financial reconciliations and resolve anomalies in collaboration with stakeholders to maintain accuracy, compliance, and service level standards.
4. Improve reconciliation and transaction processes by enhancing data capture and completing system testing to deliver more efficient and reliable service outcomes.
5. Prepare and provide audit documentation, reports, and samples to internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements
