Job Summary
This is a critical role in building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders alike.
You will support local relationship managers and their customer portfolio, giving you exposure to larger and more complex customers.
You will also deepen existing customer relationships through understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions across all product suites.
* Supporting relationship managers and their customer portfolio
* Deepening customer relationships through understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions
* Onboarding new customers, obtaining necessary information and documentation, and completing application forms
* Building strong relationships with customers via phone and email, as well as participating in customer visits
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A tertiary qualification in finance or a related discipline
* Experience in or solid knowledge of lending and credit risk principles
* Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements
* Up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, products, cash flows and markets would be beneficial
