Working collaboratively with the Head of Sales NZ and as part of the ANZ Lead Team, you will help build a world class seed business and position Pioneer as Australia's most trusted seed brand.This role requires a strategic leader who can lead and coach a high-performing sales team and collaborate effectively with portfolio and research teams.
Critical to this position is the need to work in collaboration with the NZ business to ensure a common business culture across both countries.About YouWe are seeking a strategic, people focused leader with the following:10+ years senior sales leadership experience, ideally in agricultural seed, rural retail or supply sectorsProven success in identifying opportunities and developing and executing successful sales strategiesStrong people leadership, coaching and team building capabilitiesExcellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate with people across all levelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret market dataExperience with CRM strategy and sales analytics platforms to leverage data driven insightsStrategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilitiesHigh ethics, integrity and professionalismTertiary qualifications in Agriculture, Science, Business or a related fieldWhy this Role?
