About This Role
As a senior retail site manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver performance across all key performance indicators and business priorities.
The successful candidate will ensure safety is the top priority and complete monthly site inspections and quarterly toolbox meetings.
You will maintain high standards of customer service, instore stock availability, and merchandising execution standards.
This role requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as you will interact with customers daily.
You must be able to express yourself confidently and advise or redirect customers as needed.
