Key Qualifications:
 * Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management.
 * Extensive operational and financial management experience in Hotel and Food & Beverage environments.
 * Strategic and operational leadership experience with ability to drive accountability and promote staff engagement.
 * Proven track record of maintaining product and service standards while maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses.
