About the Position
We are seeking a Facilities and Assets Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of public assets in Mount Gambier.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify areas of risk and opportunity, develop maintenance plans, analyze call-outs, and monitor contractor performance.
* Oversight of facilities and asset management including schools, hospitals, courts, and police stations.
Key Qualifications
* Experience in facility management, asset management, field service, project engineering, or a trade background.
