Total HRM has partnered with Riverina Dairy to find a passionate, hands-on leader ready to take dairy product innovation to the next level
About the Role
You'll hit the ground running in a business with a strong growth trajectory, a supportive leadership team and plenty of room to shape your success. Reporting directly to the CEO and Board, your role combines strategy and execution. One day you might lead a product trial in the factory, and the next, review innovation pipeline priorities or collaborate on packaging ideas with marketing.
Here's what you'll be doing:
* Leading all new product, packaging, and process development initiatives
* Working closely with production, QA, and operations teams on innovation trials
* Using data and insights to inform commercially viable new product concepts
* Providing clear leadership and mentoring future product leaders
* Contributing to strategic decisions as a member of the executive team
Your core talents:
You're someone who loves food, knows how to lead, and gets things done. We're looking for:
* Executive-level experience in food product development, ideally in dairy
* A technical background in food tech, science, engineering, or culinary is welcome
* A natural delegator who's comfortable in the factory and the boardroom
* Confident with documentation, compliance, and food safety frameworks
* Someone passionate, grounded, and ready to lead with purpose
