Locations: Atlantis Outside School Hours Care – Northern Suburbs (Yanchep, Butler, Clarkson, Kinross and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $24 - $32 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Casual | Monday to Friday | Availability between 6:30 am to 9:00 am & 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Vacation Care Hours: 6:30 am to 6:00 pm during school holidays

We're currently on the lookout for casual OSHC Educators, including qualified educators and educators/ drivers, to join our vibrant and passionate teams across multiple locations. About the Role:
As an OSHC Educator, you'll deliver enriching before and after school programs, as well as engaging Vacation Care activities. You'll support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of school-aged children while collaborating with a team committed to exceeding care and education standards.
Your Responsibilities:
* Supervise and engage children in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
* Plan and facilitate fun, age-appropriate activities
* Foster positive and open communication with children, families, and your team
* Contribute to daily routines and ensure smooth, child-centered transitions
* Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver exceptional care
* Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and sector regulations
* (For driver roles) Safely transport children in company vehicles as required
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for motivated, nurturing educators who thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
You'll need:
* Full Driver's License (essential for driver positions)
* Availability from Monday to Friday
* Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma in Children's Services (for qualified roles)
* Current Working with Children Check
* Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain them
