The Role
Do you have a real estate license and are ready to kick-start your career in commercial real estate? Join our award-winning Asset Management Services team, a recognised leader in managing premium property portfolios for Australia's top clients. You will support senior property managers in the day-to-day management of landmark commercial assets in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day activities involved in managing client portfolios.
* Code invoices and perform financial accounting including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.
* Raise purchase orders and manage arrears.
* Raise sundry charges as required.
* Assist with fixed, CPI, and market rent reviews.
* Lease maintenance to keep information current.
* Prepare monthly tenant reporting including issues, maintenance, schedules, and arrears recommendations.
* Monitor and follow up on defects and ongoing maintenance; assign works and ensure completion.
* Establish and maintain proactive relationships with tenants, clients, and service providers.
Who we are looking for
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar property role.
* Relevant degree preferable, e.g., Bachelor of Business (Property).
* Valid Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration (essential).
* Competent in MS Office Suite.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage within a team.
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to work autonomously.
* Ability to coordinate submissions and reports.
