Job Description
The Assistant Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with the Publican to ensure the smooth running of the pub. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 * Supervising a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
 * Managing inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability
 * Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises
 * Providing exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and retention
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
 * A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
 * A current RSG/RCG (Responsible Service of Gaming) certification
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills
 * A proven track record of success in supervising and leading high-performing teams
