About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Oscar Group's innovative seating range, guiding products from initial concept through launch, lifecycle management and beyond. You will be responsible for both strategy and execution, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to our customers and the market.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth across seating line
* Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
* Conduct market research and customer analysis to inform shape positioning and pricing.
* Lead go-to-market planning for new product launches and re-launches of existing products, driving brand awareness and sales enablement
* Create engaging product updates and marketing collateral to support sales
* Manage product lifecycle communications with internal and external stakeholders
* Deliver training sessions to boost product knowledge and market adoption
* Monitor performance, market trends and feedback to continuously improve offereings
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* 5+ years product management or marketing experience
* Strong strategic mindset with hands on execution capabilities
* Excellent business acumen, communication and problem-solving abilities
* Innovative thinking and adaptability in dynamic markets
* A passion for improving people's lives through meaningful product solutions
