The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in property development, network planning, or retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a national property and network strategy aligned to the Food Pillar's commercial objectives.
2. Own and evolve the 3–5 year network plan including store openings, closures, relocations, and refurbishments.
3. Utilize demographic, geospatial, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities and inform property decisions.
