Join a national leader where your ability to nurture relationships and grow revenue will make a real impact.About the RoleIn this hybrid role as a Business Development & Account Manager - Logistics & Key Accounts, you'll manage a portfolio of major customers.
Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesWinning new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targetsManage and grow a portfolio of key logistics clients to meet revenue and profitability targetsDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned with annual sales budgetsDevelop tailored sales plans and value-based proposals for each prospectCollaborate with internal teams including operations, drivers, and customer service to ensure seamless deliveryMonitor onboarding and first 90 days of trade to ensure satisfaction and integrityProvide market insights and competitor analysis to support commercial strategyMaintain a strong ongoing pipelineFoster and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholdersMaximise client's share of walletWhat You'll BringProven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain account managementDemonstrable history of new business developmentStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skillsCommercial acumen and solution-based selling experienceStrong negotiation skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilitiesAbility to building relationships across multiple layers within an organisationSelf-driven, organised, and detail-orientedEffective presentation skills & interpersonal communicationDegree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)What's on OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentivesVehicle allowance and tools of the tradeSupportive team culture with national reachCareer development in a logistics-focused growth environmentReady to Lead in Logistics?
