The Public Trustee is seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead the Estate Services branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the team, ensuring excellent customer service and effective administration of estates.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Estate Services branch and provide strategic direction
* Ensure high-quality customer service and timely completion of tasks
* Manage major contracts and oversee risk and compliance

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in estate administration, financial and legal delegations, and change management. They should also have:
* Tertiary qualifications in law, business, accounting or finance
* Deep technical knowledge and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* A proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume, high-stakes environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with others
