Seeking a switched on and dynamic Project Admin and Mobilisation Coordinator with great organisational skills to provide administrative support to a busy team.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Accounts Payable
* Office maintenance
* All aspects of mobilisation
* Supplies management and stock control
About You
* Experienced working within a fast‐paced environment, managing a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
* Strong administration skills and experience raising purchase orders, and accounts payable.
* Available to start immediately.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Rio, FMG or Roy Hill mobilisation experience is preferred.
* MYOB or Xero knowledge.
* Reliable, efficient and self‐motivated.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a fast‐paced environment.
