* Negotiate & Onboard: Manage contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
* Provide Expert Support: Offer guidance to help partners unlock their full business potential.
Who You Are:
* Motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and business growth.
* Proven experience in fuel retail, service station operations, or franchise development
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Able to work independently and consistently deliver measurable result
* In-depth knowledge of the fuel industry and retail market dynamics.
