As a Case Worker in Port Augusta, you help community members build stability, strengthen capacity and work toward their goals. Your support creates pathways to increased independence, connection and self-determination.# **About the role**The Case Worker supports community members through high-quality case management, assessment, advocacy and referral pathways. You will work collaboratively with Corps Officers, volunteers and co-located Mission Leaders to deliver an integrated Doorways service that responds to local needs. The role involves building strong relationships, identifying strengths and challenges, and supporting people to access resources, develop skills and work toward meaningful, achievable goals.This permanent part-time position is 30 hours per week (0.7 FTE), with flexible hours negotiable.
