**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a International Marketing Content Coordinator to join Marketing and Communication, Chancellery Division.

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking to appoint two International Marketing Content Coordinator roles to join the Student Recruitment team within the Marketing and Communications Department. The International Marketing Content Coordinator is responsible for identification, production and curation of content across publications, and paid and owned channels to support faculty international marketing and communication initiatives. The role will be required to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders and will deliver project management tasks including developing timelines, and tracking of project activities and deliverables as required. The Marketing and Communication Department is responsible for:
Building and protecting QUT's brand and reputation
- Engaging and recruiting future students
- Ensuring communications from QUT are effective and of high professional

As well as professional services provided to the university community, the Department is responsible for a variety of corporate communication functions and oversees relevant policies, protocols and governance arrangements.

**What you need to succeed**

You will demonstrate:

- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to a degree in online communication and/or marketing, with at least four years subsequent relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to write, edit and curate content, including good knowledge of web standards, accessibility and usability (including SEO skills).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills with demonstrated experience in consulting and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders at a variety of levels.
- Record of success in coordinating web content from a variety of sources, ensuring it is relevant and timely, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
- Understanding and demonstrating project management principles and methodologies by developing and leading project plans, creating timelines and coordination of project resources.
- Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to prepare clear and concise submission, reports, plans and complex correspondence.
