Contract start 18 April 2023 to 12 months, 2 x 12 months extensions.The Department has a need for multiple SAP Business Analysts to conduct and facilitate workshops with business areas to capture the current business procedures. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of SAP and possess business process expertise in Finance, Procurement, and Plant Maintenance.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Gather and facilitate business process discussions, capture current solution design, and document.Provide detailed documentation of current business processes and SAP functionality being used; flow charts, and ability to distinguish between custom and standard SAP processes.Provide documentation for current technical direction in the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of the as-is application.Communicate with technical and business stakeholders equally.Clearly communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders (internal and external).Work closely with our operations and business to fully understand the user functionality, pain points, and areas of improvement within our applications.Every application requires addressing selection criteria as part of the application submission.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 4-6 years of experience with SAP ECC.Experience with at least 2 full cycle implementations in SAP PP and SAP QM modules.Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must.Experience with SAP Finance, Procurement, Plant Maintenance (PM), SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM) will be an added advantage.Information Technology Advanced degree.
