About this Role:
* Coordinate and oversee multiple interdependent initiatives, each led by different team members.
* Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching programme objectives and Day 1 operational readiness.
* Develop comprehensive project plans outlining dependencies, timelines, scope, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery within budget.
* Lead cross-functional teams including business leaders, analysts, IT professionals, change managers, and other stakeholders to achieve cohesive goal-oriented project delivery.
* Communicate effectively providing clear, concise project updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders through structured reporting and meetings.
* Produce high-quality project deliverables and documentation that drive clarity, accountability, and decision-making.
Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* Skilled in developing detailed project plans defining scope, setting timelines and milestones, allocating resources.
