Job Opportunity: Deliver High-Quality Nursing Care

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures. This includes assessing individual needs, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.

* Assessing and managing resident health and well-being, including identifying and responding to potential risks and hazards.
* Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that meet individual resident needs and preferences.
* Providing education and training to personal care staff on aspects of resident care, including infection control, medication management, and first aid.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing routine medical tasks, and assisting with daily living activities.
2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
3. Identify and respond to opportunities for improvement in resident care and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
* Ability to think critically and solve problems independently, while also being able to seek guidance when needed.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to motivate and support personal care staff.
* Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills, with ability to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
