A solutions-focused mindset, a proactive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential.You should be confident navigating system administration, troubleshooting, and user support in a dynamic environment.If you’ve worked with Salesforce or have experience with SQL or Python, even better. But if not, a keen interest in learning is just as valuable.
