This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to join our team as Venue Manager. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee the daily functions of Ikara Bar & Restaurant, reporting directly to the General Manager.

* Lead Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and execute seamless service delivery, ensuring that every guest experience is outstanding and memorable.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of hospitality best practices, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

* Guest Experience: Deliver personalized attention to guests, manage feedback, and ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

* Proven Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in venue or restaurant management.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing feedback.
* Food Safety: Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and compliance requirements.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and reservation software (H&L/Now Book It preferred).
