Requirements:

* Proven Hospitality Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in venue or restaurant management.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing feedback.
* Food Safety: Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and compliance requirements.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and reservation software (H&L/Now Book It preferred).
