About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Clinical Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM) to lead the Pregnancy Care Clinic at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
In this role, you will lead the delivery of safe, high‐quality, woman‐centered care while overseeing workforce management, clinical governance, service development and multidisciplinary collaboration. You will also support staff capability, guide clinical practice and drive continuous improvement across the service.

* Strong clinical leadership and operational management experience within maternity services
* Commitment to woman‐centered, evidence‐based care and quality improvement
* Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience in workforce management, service planning and resource coordination
* Passion for developing staff capability and fostering a positive workplace culture
Essential Criteria
* Current registration as a Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Demonstrated leadership experience within maternity or women's health services
* Current NSW Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
