Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plant (Grader) Operator/Labourer to join our Infrastructure and Environment Department. As part of our Rural Roads Crew, you will be responsible for operating graders and performing labouring duties to maintain rural roads.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate graders in a safe and efficient manner
* Perform labouring duties, including manual handling of equipment and materials
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
* Assist with minor maintenance and repairs of equipment
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Experience in grader operation
* Relevant licences and certifications
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
