About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is toensure the delivery of activities and programs across all Community Hubs andrelevant community facilities, including the Springvale Community Hub and new Keysborough Community Hub, due toopen in September 2025.
An exciting opportunity is currentlyavailable to join the dedicated Experiences and Partnerships Team, which sitswithin the Creative and Engaged City department. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of activities and programs across all CommunityHubs and relevant community facilities. The role is focused on fosteringcapacity and inclusion, enhancing the health and wellbeing of the community by:
·Supporting and stimulating greater use of community hubs by buildingrelationships with external partners and hirers.
· Assisting indelivering activities that align with the Hubs' Strategic and ActionPlans.
·Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support anddeliver innovative programming that supports the growth and engagement of thecommunity.
About You
The successful applicant will haveexcellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated experience indelivering community development activities, community capacity building andcommunity engagement.

You may be required to undertakepractical testing, work preference profiling / psychometric testing, functionalcapacity assessment (physical) or aptitude testing.
