Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years’ experience in an HR role in a corporate or freelance setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working in an independent, performance-based model.

- Ready for change and driven to take ownership of your efforts and success.
Responsibilities
- Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions.
- Cultivate AI tools and marketing strategies across digital platforms with training and support provided.
- Learn and apply lead generation techniques, conduct structured phone and video conferencing interviews, and qualify candidates.
- Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates.
- Support onboarding processes as you build, train and mentor your team.
