Job Title: Service Coordination Officer
About the Role
This is a key position within the Electorate Office Service Coordination team, supporting over 330 staff across Queensland’s 97 electorate offices.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Leader to enhance service coordination, contribute to projects, training and communications, and improve business processes.
* Support the development of strategies that promote effective service delivery.
* Conduct in-depth research and contribute to process analysis and documentation.
* Prepare draft reports and briefings for review and approval.
* Assist in operational project delivery across various electorate office initiatives.
* Create and refine learning materials to support communication efforts.
* Coordinate induction and training-related administrative tasks.
* Provide secretariat support for committees, working groups, and project teams.
Your Responsibilities

As a skilled communicator, you will be confident in interacting with stakeholders, contributing to service improvements, and providing support to frontline staff.
