Protect Children and Families
This role is for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of children and families. As a Child Protection Caseworker, you will be responsible for responding to reports about safety concerns surrounding children or young people who may have been harmed.
You will work collaboratively with parents, family members, children, and other agencies to provide support and assistance to families in need. This includes developing safety plans, conducting risk assessments, and managing cases.
In this role, you will also be involved in court processes, including preparing court documents and attending court hearings. You must be able to build positive relationships with families and other stakeholders, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

About the Role
This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or a related field. You will also need to have practical experience working with vulnerable children, young people, and families.
The ideal candidate will be confident, curious, and resilient. They will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with families and other stakeholders.
