Legacy Planning Expert
We are seeking an accomplished Legacy Planning Expert to join our specialist team in Newcastle. As a key member of our estate planning unit, you will oversee complex estate administration tasks, provide asset protection advice, and collaborate with clients to achieve their legacy goals.
* Estate Planning: Develop and implement tailored estate plans for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* Asset Protection: Advise clients on strategies to protect their assets from creditors and reduce tax liabilities.
* Estate Administration: Manage the probate process, distribute assets according to wills, and communicate with beneficiaries.
