Kitchen All-Rounder – Butter Mumma Café
Butter Mumma is looking for a Kitchen All-Rounder to join our café team. This role is ideal for someone with some prior kitchen experience who enjoys taking ownership of the kitchen and has a genuine interest in baking.
About the role
This position primarily focuses on running the kitchen day to day, including preparing and producing cookies and other baked goods. You'll be trusted to keep the kitchen organised, stocked, and running smoothly. Barista skills are looked on favourably, and training will be provided where needed.
Key responsibilities
* Running the kitchen during service
* Preparing and baking cookies and other baked goods
* General food prep and light cooking
* Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and organisation
* Supporting café service when required
About you
* Some previous kitchen experience is required
* Baking experience is highly regarded
* Barista experience is a plus (training provided)
* Comfortable working independently and managing kitchen flow
* Reliable, organised, and a strong team player

Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
