We are searching for passionate Lodge Hosts to ensure our guests experience personalised and exceptional service at every turn.
The Role
Flexibility, adaptability, and practicality are at the heart of the Lodge Host role.
You will wear many hats, from Food and Beverage Attendant to Maître D, Housekeeper, Porter, Co-guide, and Maintenance Assistant, ensuring seamless lodge operations and an unforgettable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests on arrival, including helping with luggage and sharing local tips and lodge information.
Host and deliver exceptional service during breakfast, dinner, and bar operations, while supporting kitchen duties as needed.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest accommodations and public spaces.
Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linen.
Prepare packed guest lunches and support tour guides during activity days.
Comply with OHS legislation, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of staff and guests.
Working 21 days on and 7 day off roster with one additional day off during your 3 weeks on.
Commencing in late April/early May **** for training (season runs early May – mid/late September).
Requirements
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (WA or nationally recognised) or WA Approved Managers ticket.
Basic Food Safety Certificate.
Current First Aid Certificate.
Access to a reliable 4WD vehicle (for travel on RDOs).
