**Finance Analyst / Customer Experience Specialist - immediate start needed**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance Analyst / Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to help inform business decisions. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that financial objectives are aligned with business goals. Additionally, as a Customer Experience Specialist, you will focus on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and helping to improve their experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in finance or customer experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools and software
