About the role
We are seeking casual farmhands to assist our Moree orchard teams. Immediate start.
Duties
- Operating various machinery you are trained and/or licensed to operate.
- Groundwork such as collecting and removing branches from trees.
- General cleaning duties.
- Manual handling.
- Maintaining records, as required.
- Maintaining plant, tools and equipment on farm.
What you will need
- Display a positive “can do, will do” attitude.
- Be prepared to work outdoors.
- Be flexible, willing to work shift work and weekends as required.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Work independently and without supervision.
- Demonstrate commitment to a safety‑first culture.
- Carry out responsibilities with due care and responsibility.
- Hold a valid driver's licence.

Operations overview
Our business is widespread, growing walnuts and almonds in the Riverina Region in New South Wales, pecans in Moree, macadamias, avocados, and mangoes in Bundaberg, Queensland. We also operate apiaries in Temora, Nowra and Dubbo. Off the paddock we operate nut processing and packing facilities in Leeton, Toowoomba and Bundaberg as well as fruit packing and processing in Bundaberg. Our shared services teams (Finance, Sales, ESG, Safety and People & Culture) are located across all sites and in Brisbane, Melbourne and Griffith offices.
