You'll oversee strategy, relationships and leadership — working closely with clients to understand their business goals and bring the right media innovation and thinking to help them get there. You'll also manage and mentor the Account Manager along with overseeing the output of an Account Executive and Coordinator, making sure they have the direction and support they need to do their best work.This role is based at our Brighton office three days a week, with two days working from home.What you'll be doing Client relationshipsFoster and manage key relationships with clients and day to day campaign managementOffer thought leadership and expertise across various media channels and tacticsLead client planning sessions and oversee day-to-day account managementIdentify growth opportunities through new briefs and expanded scopesDevelop integrated data lead media solutions and recommendations aligned with client briefs and business strategiesTranslate briefs into clear channel strategies across paid, owned and earned mediaOversee annual plans, campaign strategies and always-on activityStay across what's changing in media and bring relevant thinking to clientsPeople leadershipLead and develop an Account Manager, Account Executive and/or Account CoordinatorSet clear priorities, hold regular 1:1s and invest in your team's career developmentBuild a collaborative, accountable team environmentSupport team training and education on planning tools, principles, and theoriesKeep campaigns running on brief, on time and on budgetManage billing, reconciliations and forecastingDeliver reporting and performance reviews with clear insight and recommendationsAbout you5+ years in a media agency, with experience at Account Director or Senior Account Manager levelStrong track record managing client relationships and delivering effective media strategiesProven track record leading and developing a team within a media agency or similar field.Solid knowledge of the Australian media landscape across broadcast, digital, social, OOH, audio and searchCommercially aware, well-organised and confident with senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with industry planning and reporting technologies (Roy Morgan, ASTEROID5, Fusion, ETAM and ERAM)Apply critical thinking skills to analyse complex problems, assess situations, and develop strategic solutions, demonstrating an ability to evaluate information objectively and make well-informed decisions.Why Nunn Media?
