Offer description

We are seeking a customer-focused Outbound Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for handling repair cases and customer communication while maintaining high standards of quality and functionality. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers regarding both warranty (non-paid) and non-warranty (paid) services, addressing various issues raised online, and ensuring effective communication with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process RMAs: Handle both warranty and non-warranty repair requests, ensuring accurate processing for non-paid and paid repair work.
2. Customer Communication: Provide clear and professional communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring a positive service experience.
3. Clearly explain damage assessment reports and professionally negotiate repair/replacement costs with customers.
4. Testing: Test units for functionality, specifically under tethered safety conditions for take-off and landing.
5. Certification: Certify that repaired or replaced units meet the required standards and are fully operational.
6. Service Record Maintenance: Log all service activities in the appropriate systems, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date. Report any unusual situations to the team leader.
7. Other Assigned Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the team leader to ensure smooth operation of the repair process.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills with customer service.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the electronics or technology field is preferred.
- Proficient in Mandarin.
