Our team is looking for a skilled Support Services Officer to help us deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with our centre's operational and administrative functions, including website management and booking system coordination.
* Provide exceptional check-in experiences, distribute essential information, conduct safety briefings, issue keys, and answer general inquiries.
* Respond to booking inquiries, provide quotes, confirm bookings, generate invoices, and process electronic transactions.
* Perform various administrative tasks, such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
* Support gift shop operations, handle customer inquiries, and process sales transactions.
* Offer assistance, guidance, and hospitality to our visitors.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, experience in customer service and cash handling, and demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
