Overview
We’re expanding our marketing team and are on the hunt for a dynamic, camera-ready TikTok Content Creator to help drive our next era of brand growth. This is a fast-paced, creative role that lives at the intersection of social strategy and storytelling—from TikToks to styling BTS content, building community, and shaping how we show up online. This role is suited to someone who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram, has a sharp creative eye, and knows exactly how to make content that cuts through.
The role
- Lead the charge on all things TikTok and assist with Instagram: content creation, posting, and growth.
- Appearing in content — styling, shooting, talking to camera, and helping build community.
- Creating organic and paid short-form content for product launches, shoots, and campaigns.
- Assisting with planning, prepping and styling campaign and ecomm shoots.
- Spot TikTok trends before they peak and help us jump on them fast to stay first-to-market.
- Shooting BTS and reactive content at campaign and ecomm shoots.
- Editing video/photo content in CapCut, Canva or similar apps.
- Monitor TikTok performance metrics and help identify content that’s hitting (or missing) to help optimise future output.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure everything feels aligned with the Runway Scout tone of voice.
- Actively engage with our TikTok audience through comments, duets, stitches, and community management.
This role is for you if you
- Are confident in front of the camera and love showing personality on-screen.
- Have experience creating content for brands or your own platforms.
- Have a love of fashion and a good eye for aesthetics, styling, and detail.
- Know your way around editing platforms.
- Are organised, reliable, and can self-manage.
- Have a strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, creators, and what it takes to stop the scroll.
- Love fashion, and building a strong online community.
- Are a positive team player who brings energy to the room.
- Have a genuine passion for social media, internet culture, and the Runway Scout brand.
