Structural ForemanDesign & Build is working with a luxury Developer Builder in Southeast Queensland to find an experienced Structural Foreman for a permanent position.
The successful applicant will work on a large-scale project that includes two midrise towers and an associated residential development.The PositionReporting directly to the Site Manager, you will coordinate the tradespeople and sub-contractors on site, ensuring the project achieves timely milestones.
The role offers strong career progression as the company plans significant growth in the coming years.Your Experience and QualificationsRecent experience as a structural foreman on high-rise residential, retail, or commercial projects in the $50-$100 million rangeLarge-scale commercial project experienceConfidence communicating with senior management and sub-contractorsAbility to deliver toolbox talks and maintain a safe work siteProficiency working autonomously and as part of a teamSkill in writing a short-term construction programExperience with Hammertech, Procore, and MS ProjectYou will be rewarded with a permanent position at a very stable, well-established company with a national presence.
