A part-time Administrative Coordinator role requiring 16 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will possess experience with accounting software and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer phones, greet visitors, draft emails, and letters; distribute mail.
* Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate team meetings, and support event planning.
* Prepare documents, scan, photocopy, bind documents; file records, maintain databases.
* Order office supplies, maintain an orderly office space, handle petty cash.
* Perform data entry, update product catalogues, manage various records and reports.
* Assist with bookkeeping, process invoices, manage expense reporting, support project deadlines.
