Maintain deliverables in the recoveries team on a six-month contract period.
The Role Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead a team of eight staff members to implement effective recover-at-work strategies on open workers' compensation claims.
* Promote and communicate key recover-at-work related matters, providing support to managers in meeting legislative requirements and obligations.
* Offer specialized recover-at-work advice and facilitate comprehensive training and education sessions.
* Ensure that all claims are managed appropriately, adhering to legislation and best practices for the management of injured workers.
