As the Tilers Plus Manager for our Tilers Plus division you will manage, drive and support the team to ensure targets are met in line with business goals. You will develop and maintain strong builder relationships, whilst managing and building your Tiling teams. You will be innovative in your thinking and will do everything that you can to ensure that you are an expert of your field.
This role requires intense planning and foresight as you control and authorise fixing materials and labour within a strict business budget. You will communicate with our builders regularly and have the ability to identify potential issues before they arise. Seeing your team kick goals will give you immense satisfaction and you will fuel this desire to win through effective and supportive leadership and planning.
Reporting to the State Manager, and as a member of the QLD Senior Management team you will have access to the leaders of the business and the opportunity to influence outcomes with their support. You will confidently and competently present your ideas to your peers, and represent your division with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm.

**What are we looking for**:
- A background in residential construction and trades management
- Strong and modern leadership qualities - enhancing the skills of those around you
- Previous project management experience and overseeing tradespeople
- The ability to engage with people on all levels
- Energy, enthusiasm and the desire to win and grow
- Sound residential construction industry knowledge and a strong understanding and adherence of OH&S; requirements
- Knowledge and/or experience of the ceramic tiling trade
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technically savvy and experienced using CRM systems
