Responsible for providing administrative support throughout the recruiting process. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Monitors pre-employment requirements and checks including background verification and medical, manage sending of offer letters to the candidates, build and maintain strong working relations with recruiters, hiring managers and all other internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless recruitment process, management of daily recruitment process queries and issues, ensuring all are addressed efficiently, and escalating when necessary, participating in updating recruitment processes and policies as needed, handle specific recruitment related issues and concerns raised by associates. Requires BA/BS degree with at least 2 years recruitment administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience with both corporate and third-party recruiting is strongly preferred. In-dept knowledge of the talent acquisition landscape in the health insurance or healthcare BPO is strongly preferred.
